Okra is a veggie I don’t cook that often because is not sold at our local supermarket, but I enjoy it. This recipe is simple and easy to make with lots of flavour.
Ingredients for 2 salads:
– 220g okra
– 3 tomatoes
– 2 spoons of oil
– sea salt
Wash the okra and cut it into small pieces. Peel the skin from the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. To be easier to peel the skin, press a knife on the tomatoes before starting to peel it.
Heat the pan on the hob, add the oil and the okra. Leave it for a few minutes, than add the tomatoes and stir. Stir from time to time until the veggies are cooked. Mix the spices in. The salad is ready.
