I wrote about chilal cheese yesterday. This is only one of the recipes in which I used it and I’m very pleased with it. I hope you’ll like my pizza with chilal cheese recipe.
Ingredients for 1 medium size pizza:
– 200g self-raising flour
– 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
– tomato sauce
– 1 portobello mushroom
– grated cheddar
– chilal cheese
To make the pizza base, add water to the flour and baking powder and knead for a minute, until all the flour is incorporated. Roll the dough on a floured worktop using a rolling pin. Transfer the dough onto a floured pizza stone or a baking tray.
Pour tomato sauce on top and spread with a spoon. Add the grated cheddar and the sliced portobello mushroom. On top place the chilal cheese strings.
Pre-heat the oven at 200C/180C fan and bake the pizza for 20 minutes. Take it out from the oven and leave it to cool for a couple of minutes. Cut it with a pizza cutter and serve it.
