I found a few different recipes of Chinese pancakes and the ones with spring onions looked very good. They are easy to make and the texture is very nice, different.
Make a dough with 250g flour and 100ml hot water. Mixed it by hand and then knead it for a couple of minutes.
Cut the dough in 4 pieces and flatten it with the hands. Brush some oil on the flat dough.
Add spring onions and roll the dough.
Flatten the rolled dough with the rolling pin. Bake them on the hob for a couple of minutes on each side.
