I like Mango Sorbet a lot. I paired it with a dark chocolate swirl and some brittle.
Ingredients for mango sorbet:
– 2 ripe mangos
– 1 lemon
– 100g sugar
Cut the mango in small pieces and put them in the food processor or blender.
Squeeze the lemon juice in a bowl and remove all the seeds.
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix them. Taste to see if you need to add more sugar and mix it again.
When it’s ready, put it in an airtight container and put it in the freezer. After an hour and a half, take it from the freezer and mix it with a fork. Repeat this twice, at an hour and a half intervals. Mixing it will ensure that it doesn’t have any ice in it and that it remains smooth. If you have a ice cream maker, use that, it will be easier.
