I think everybody loves oven baked chips, they are healthy and delicious at the same time. It takes only a few minutes to prepare the potatoes and then relax for an hour until they are ready to be served.
Mix 2 spoons of rapeseed oil with salt and paprika.
Add the cut potatoes and coat them in oil.
Put them in a tray on a baking parchment and pop them into the pre-heated oven at 180C for an hour.
The potatoes are ready.
