It is an easy and fast recipe, quite basic. I like the taste of the oven baked potatoes and they are healthy.
– 2 sweet potatoes
– 2 spoons of oil
– sea salt
– dried dill and garlic
Mix the oil with the spices in a bowl.
Add the potatoes and stir the bowl so they are coated with the oil.
Put them on a baking parchment.
Bake the potatoes at 200C for 30 minutes. If they are still firm, leave them for another 5-10 minutes.
